Job Title: Corporate Sale Manager

Job Duties:
- Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate the overall activities of the corporate sales department
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
- Establish and implement sales policies, procedures, and performance standards
- Lead and manage the sales team, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key business clients and negotiate sales contracts
- Coordinate regional and divisional sales operations to ensure consistency and efficiency
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns and market trends
- Analyze market conditions and identify opportunities for expansion, including new product lines
- Prepare and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and expenditures
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide strategic recommendations for improvement
- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and applicable regulations
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time
Wage: $56.92 for 30 hours per week
Benefit: Vacation Pay 4%
Qualifications/Skill Requirements:
– Education: Completion of Secondary School
– Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the relevant field
– Language: Speak English, read English, write English
