Job Duties:
- Manage full-cycle procurement operations and system establishment, formulate and implement standardized procurement policies and processes, to match the company's export business development needs.
- Oversee the development, evaluation and cooperative management of high-quality local suppliers in Saskatchewan, and build a stable, compliant upstream supply chain system for the company.
- Take charge of full-cycle procurement cost control and optimization, conduct professional cost analysis, set cost control targets, and support the company's product pricing and profit realization.
- Manage the full execution cycle of procurement orders, track supplier production and delivery progress, establish supply chain risk early warning mechanism, and ensure stable and compliant procurement delivery.
