Job Requirements:
- Language: English
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
- Applicant has First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Security and Safety:Criminal Record Check
- Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is available
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Repetitive tasks,Attention to detail
- Work Location:Work in employer's/client's home
Job Responsibilities:
- Assume full responsibility for household in absence of parent/s
- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties,
- Travel with family on trips and assist child supervision and housekeeping duties,
- Wash, iron and press clothing and household linens,
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks to child
- Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents,
- Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development,
- Keep records of daily activities & health information regarding children,
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home,
- Supervise and care of child while at home
- Take child to and from school and appointments, and
- Tend to emotional well-being of child.
