 Permanent Position: Framing Carpenter

Terms of Employment:  Permanent, Full Time (Overtime, weekend if required)

 Wage Rate:  $37.00 per hour (40 hours per week)

 Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

 Education: High School is an required.

 Experience: 1-2 years of experience in similar industry is required.

Job Duties:

• Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools
• Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials
• Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems
• Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware
• Maintain, repair and renovate residences and wooden structures in mills, mines, hospitals, industrial plants and other establishments 

 Additional Skills: Work at heights, must be able to lift 25 lbs.
