Job description:

Job Type: Full-time

Job Duties:

  • Manage and administer staff consultation and grievance procedures
  • Identify current and future staffing needs in coordination with management.
  • Provide employee support services, including assistance and counselling when required.
  • Prepare and post job advertisements and internal notices.
  • Collect, review, and screen job applications.
  • Advise applicants on job requirements, employment terms, and working conditions.
  • Maintain and review candidate databases and inventories.
  • Contact shortlisted candidates and schedule interviews.
  • Coordinate and participate in selection panels to evaluate candidates.
  • Inform applicants of selection results and prepare employment offers.
  • Guide managers and staff on company staffing policies and procedures.
  • Assess employee eligibility for benefits and training programs, and arrange staff training as needed.
  • Supervise personnel clerks responsible for filing, typing, and maintaining employee records.
  • Oversee recruitment processes and hire qualified staff.
  • Supervise personnel clerks performing filing and record-keeping duties.
  • Support disciplinary procedures and workplace policy enforcement.
  • Prepare HR reports and assist with HR planning and organizational initiatives.

  • Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP)
