Job Duties:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote construction recruitment services to employers and job seekers.
- Manage and optimize company website content, ensuring job postings, service pages, and industry updates are accurate and SEO-friendly.
- Create and publish engaging content (job ads, blogs, newsletters, social media posts) targeting construction professionals and contractors.
- Manage social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) to increase brand awareness and attract skilled trades workers.
- Coordinate paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads) to generate employer leads and candidate applications.
- Conduct keyword research and apply search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve online visibility in the construction recruitment sector.
- Monitor digital marketing performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly reports on campaign effectiveness, lead generation, and ROI.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and email marketing campaigns to nurture client and applicant relationships.
- Collaborate with recruiters to align marketing campaigns with current hiring needs in trades such as electricians, plumbers, heavy equipment operators, and carpenters.
- Design promotional materials (digital brochures, banners, recruitment campaigns) tailored to the construction industry.
- Track labour market trends and competitor marketing activities within the construction staffing industry.
- Ensure all marketing materials comply with employment advertising standards and company branding guidelines.
