Job Requirements
Languages: English
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Work setting: Retail service establishment, On-site customer service

Responsibilities

Tasks

• Ensure smooth daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, site cleanliness, and readiness of all service areas
• Supervise staff by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring work is completed efficiently and on time
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving complaints professionally
• Promote wash packages, memberships, and add-on services to increase sales and meet targets
• Monitor vehicle flow and adjust staff positions to reduce wait times and maintain efficiency during busy periods
• Inspect completed vehicles to ensure cleaning and service standards are consistently met
• Assist in preparing staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
• Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately using POS systems and follow proper cash handling procedures
• Perform basic checks on equipment and report any malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly
• Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies such as cleaning products, towels, and retail items
• Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures, including proper use of equipment and handling of chemicals
• Maintain team morale by providing guidance, support, and clear communication of daily goals and expectations
