Work location: On site
Salary: 37.50 hourly / 30 to 35 hours per week
Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time
Start Date: Starts as soon as possible

Job Requirements
Language: English
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Tasks

  • Develop and implement business development and market expansion strategies by identifying and targeting new geographic markets
  • Research, identify, and qualify sales leads, and maintain an up-to-date lead management database
  • Establish and maintain ongoing client relationships, including regular communication and follow-ups throughout the sales cycle
  • Prepare client profiles, lead matrices, and project pricing structures to support sales and negotiation activities
  • Coordinate and participate in client meetings and negotiations to secure project contracts
  • Advise clients on product offerings, pricing, and project specifications in alignment with company capabilities
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather and prepare technical and promotional materials, including drawings, samples, and specifications
  • Ensure all design documents, shop drawings, and samples are reviewed and approved by clients
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee project execution from contract award to final installation
  • Conduct site visits, measurements, and inspections to ensure project accuracy and quality standards
  • Liaise with production teams and installers to ensure timely delivery, quality control, and successful project completion
  • Perform post-installation client walkthroughs and follow-ups to address deficiencies and maintain client satisfaction
