REQUIREMENTS
• 1-2 years of proven relevant work experience in a similar setting or completion of programsfor culinary is required.
• Strong interpersonal & relationship skills.
• High School diploma
• Ability to work on a flexible schedule, shift/work (weekends, late nights and early mornings).
From 9pm to 5am (40h per week)
(Ability to handle mental homeless peoples)
TASKS
• Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization
• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
• Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
• Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by dietitian or chef
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas
• Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
• Order supplies and equipment
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Clean kitchen and work areas
