Requirements: High school graduation with 2+ years related experience
Work location: Vernon, BC
Tasks:
- Prepare, format, and proofread legal and contractual documents (construction contracts, subcontractor agreements, purchase and sale agreements, and development-related correspondence) for review and execution.
- Maintain and organize legal files, corporate records, permits, land documents, and project-related legal documentation.
- Track important contract dates such as deadlines, permit renewals, insurance certificates, lien periods, and compliance requirements.
- Participate in activates and compile information related to real estate transactions, financing agreements, permit applications, regulatory and project documentation.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, legal professionals or municipal offices.
- Determine and establish procedures and routines for administrative tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality of corporate information.
