We are located in Deep cove area in North Vancouver BC and are looking for experienced Food Service Supervisor.

 

Position: Food Service Supervisor

Working condition: Full time, Permanent

Work Location: 4355 Gallant Ave, North Vancouver BC V7G2C1

Wage Rate: $20.50 per hour and 30~40 Hours per week

 

Job Duties:

• •Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
• •Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and serve food
• •Ensure food and service to meet quality control standards
• •Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• •Prepare food order summaries for chef or cook according to requests from customers when needed
  • •Make sure staff to be aware in sanitation and safety procedures

 

Qualifications:

- 1 year of work experience in food preparation or service

- Secondary Education or higher

- Able to communicate in English

- Available to work in evening and weekends
