Job Overview

Pacific Towing and Recovery is seeking an experienced and organized Tow Truck Drivers Supervisor to oversee daily driver operations, coordinate schedules, and ensure safe and efficient transportation services. The successful candidate will supervise drivers, resolve operational issues, and support productivity and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise tow truck drivers to ensure timely and efficient vehicle recovery services.
  • Coordinate daily schedules and assignments for tow truck drivers.
  • Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Train and mentor new and existing drivers to improve performance.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve service-related issues.
  • Inspect vehicles and equipment to ensure proper maintenance and operation.
  • Prepare and submit daily reports on operations and incidents.
  • Manage staff schedules, including shift planning and time off.
  • Collaborate with management to improve processes and service quality.
  • Respond to emergencies and provide support during high-priority towing operations.

Qualifications

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

  • 2 to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within transportation, towing, or logistics

  • Excellent oral communication skills

  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities

  • Ability to work flexible shifts and handle on-call responsibilities

Work Schedule & Conditions

  • Shifts may include mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and on-call hours

  • Fast-paced operational environment

  • On-site position; remote work is not available
