- Salary: 36.00 to 37.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 30- 40 hours per week
- Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time
- Schedule: Business operates 5am to 10pm during weekdays and 7am to 10pm on weekends. Rotating shifts required. Must be available for early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Description & Duties:
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of 3 to 4 retail salesclerks and pump attendants.
- Scheduling: Prepare work schedules and assign specific duties to staff to ensure full coverage during all operating hours.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory of fuel and retail products, and order stock as required to meet customer demand.
- Facility Maintenance: Supervise and ensure that both inside (store/washrooms) and outside (forecourt/pumps) cleanliness and safety standards are strictly maintained by staff.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters for management.
- Customer Service: Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages.
- Training: Train specialized staff in sales of Shell fuel products, loyalty programs, and health and safety procedures.
- Merchandising: Organize and maintain attractive displays of merchandise and ensure the station is well-stocked for highway travelers.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure staff follow all safety protocols regarding the handling of fuel and hazardous materials.
Skills & Requirements:
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
- Experience: 1 year of supervisor experience in the retail or service station is preferred OR 2 to 3 years of retail sales experience as a retail salesperson in similar setting is required.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with fuel industry safety standards and POS systems.

- Transportation: Public transportation to this location is very limited. Candidates are responsible for ensuring they have reliable means to reach the workplace for all scheduled shifts, including early mornings and late evenings.
