Food Service Supervisor

 

7098988 Manitoba Ltd. DBA Flying Pizza is looking for a full time Food Service Supervisor (NOC 62020) to be a part of their team at the earliest.

Job duties

• Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
• Estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
• Establish work schedules and procedures
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage at the store.
• Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
• Address customers' complaints or concerns

 

Requirements:

- A completion of secondary school is required
- Experience of 1-2 years of supervisory experience is required in a food service or quick-service restaurant preferably a pizza store. Experience supervising kitchen staff, counter staff, and delivery teams is required.

- Training will be provided.

 

Employment terms:

Must be familiar with POS systems, Microsoft Outlook, and billing software.

Must be flexible to work day and evening

Should be physically available at the store. There are no remote working options.
