Job Duties:
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations of establishment
- Manage staff and assign duties
- Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales
- Determine merchandise to be sold
- Implement price and credits policies
- Develop and implement marketing strategies
- Plan budgets, monitor and authorize expenditures, and monitor revenues
- Evaluate and improve customer service and respond to customer requests and issues such as supply shortage
- Determine staffing requirements
- Recruit, hire and supervise staff
Requirements:
- College Diploma is required.
- 1 years to 2 experience is required.
- Language – English
