Wage: $30.00 – $32.00 per hour
Hours: 30 – 40 hours per week

Job Duties

As Office administrator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop, implement, and periodically review administrative policies, procedures, and office workflows to improve efficiency and ensure compliance with organizational standards

  • Coordinate and oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the establishment, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and within required timelines

  • Assign, prioritize, and monitor work activities of office support staff; provide guidance and training as needed

  • Establish work schedules and priorities to ensure administrative procedures are consistently followed and deadlines are met

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage office services including workspace arrangements, equipment and supply procurement, records management, asset disposal, parking, maintenance, and security services

  • Assist in the preparation and monitoring of operating budgets; maintain budgetary controls and track administrative expenditures

  • Maintain administrative inventories and oversee ordering and cost control of office supplies and services

  • Compile, analyze, and maintain administrative data; prepare regular and ad hoc reports, manuals, and correspondence for management review

  • Perform and oversee accurate data entry and record maintenance within internal systems and databases

  • Coordinate onboarding and provide training to administrative and support staff on office procedures and systems

  • Oversee payroll-related administrative processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies

  • Monitor administrative processes to identify issues and resolve routine workplace conflicts in a professional and timely manner

  • Support management in planning, monitoring, and controlling administrative budgets and expenditures

Employment Requirements

  • Secondary school completion is required.

  • Post-secondary education in business administration, public administration, or a related field (college diploma or university degree) is considered an asset.

  • Previous experience in an administrative, senior clerical, or executive support role involving office administration functions is required.

Work Conditions & Physical Demands

  • On-site office environment within a warehouse or logistics facility

  • Regular interaction with warehouse staff, management, and external partners
