Requirements:
Experience: 1 years or more
Education: High School
Language: English.
Duties:
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
- Work with customers, architects and engineers regarding plans and specifications
- Plan and prepare work schedules and coordinate the activities of subcontractors
- Inspect work performed by subcontractors to ensure quality
- Plan and manage budgets
- Prepare and maintain a directory of suppliers and trade subcontractors
- Develop and implement health and safety
