We are currently searching for an experienced Marketing Specialist.

 

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing strategic marketing initiatives specifically focused on architectural visualization and real estate marketing. This role requires a professional capable of combining advanced digital marketing knowledge with strong expertise in visual communication, 3D content, and audiovisual media used to promote real estate developments, architectural projects, and property marketing campaigns.

 

The successful candidate will work closely with architects, developers, real estate professionals, and the internal 3D visualization team to translate complex architectural concepts into compelling marketing materials that support sales, branding, and market positioning.

 

Key responsibilities include planning and executing integrated marketing strategies using high-end 3D renders, animations, interactive media, and video content tailored to the real estate market. The Marketing Specialist will analyze target audiences, market trends, and campaign performance to optimize outreach and conversion for residential and commercial real estate projects.

 

This position requires a professional with specialized knowledge in marketing for architectural visualization, including the ability to coordinate visual production workflows, ensure brand consistency across multiple digital platforms, and adapt marketing materials to different stages of real estate development, such as pre-construction, launch, and sales phases.

 

Specific and Unique Skill Requirements:

 

The role demands advanced understanding of how architectural images, animations, and interactive media are applied strategically to real estate sales and marketing campaigns.

 

Work experience in architectural visualization and integrating marketing strategies with 3D visualization workflows is an asset.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies specifically for architectural visualization and real estate marketing projects
• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns using 3D images, animations, videos, and interactive media
• Collaborate with 3D artists and designers to ensure marketing objectives are integrated into visual production workflows
• Oversee the preparation of written, visual, and audiovisual promotional materials for real estate developments
• Produce marketing content aimed at increasing visibility, buyer engagement, and sales conversion for real estate projects
• Analyze market trends, target audiences, and campaign performance within the real estate sector
• Coordinate branding and visual identity across multiple platforms, including websites, social media, and sales presentations
• Manage timelines and deliverables for marketing materials aligned with real estate project milestones
• Adapt marketing strategies to different geographic markets and client profiles within the real estate industry
