Job duties
- Perform routine clerical and administrative tasks to support daily office and production operations.
- Answer telephone calls and email enquiries, take messages, and direct requests to appropriate staff.
- Prepare, type, and file basic correspondence, forms, invoices, and internal documents.
- Maintain paper and electronic filing systems for supplier records, production documents, attendance logs, and office records.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and courier deliveries; prepare outgoing mail.
- Enter data related to inventory, orders, and office records into spreadsheets or internal systems.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping support such as organizing receipts, invoices, and expense records for review by accounting staff.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure uninterrupted office operations.
- Perform photocopying, scanning, and document preparation as required.
- Schedule appointments and assist in preparing materials for meetings when requested.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of assigned clerical tasks.
- Perform other general office support duties as assigned.
