Job Title: Food Service Supervisor (NOC 62020)
Location: Poncho’s Pub & Grill, 604 Lalonde St, Whitewood, SK S0G 5C0
Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Job Type: Full-Time Permanent
Salary: 20-28 per hour
Start Date: As soon as possible

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to lead our team and uphold the high standards that make us a community favorite.
Responsibilities:
• Requisition food and kitchen supplies
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
• Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Prepare food order summaries for chef
• Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Provide customer service
• Monitor staff performance
• Train staff
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
• Set staff work schedules
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Plan and organize daily operations
Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in food service area or a related role.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, inventory, and scheduling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Minimum high school education, certificate in hospitality or restaurant management is an asset.

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
