Duties:
- Coordinate and implement administrative procedures and office operations to support lumber manufacturing, sales, and logistics activities.
- Review, evaluate, and improve administrative systems, including filing, document control, and information management.
- Establish work priorities, delegate work to office support staff, and ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed
- Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, contracts, and internal documents.
- Maintain accurate records related to purchasing, shipping, inventory documentation, and supplier communications.
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Coordinate office services such as equipment maintenance, office supplies, mail distribution, and facilities support.
- Liaise with internal departments, customers, suppliers, and service providers to ensure smooth administrative operations.
- Assist management with policy implementation, workflow coordination, and compliance documentation.
- Monitor and track administrative budgets and expenditure; prepare basic cost summaries and reports.
- Support human resources administration by maintaining employee records, training documentation, and onboarding paperwork (non-payroll).
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of company and employee information.
