Job Description:
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations
- Supervise and coordinate staff schedules and work assignments
- Assist with hiring, training, and performance management of staff
- Monitor inventory levels, place supply orders, and control food and labour costs
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- Support menu planning and operational improvements
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and staff attendance
Terms of Employment : Permanent, Full-time
Wages : $35.00 hourly for 30 hours per week.
Benefits : 4% days of paid vacation.
