Responsibilities
Tasks
- Supervise and support kitchen staff during shifts to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and plating to maintain Boston Pizza quality and consistency standards.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations at all times.
- Train, coach, and guide kitchen team members on procedures, safety, and performance expectations.
- Schedule kitchen staff and manage shift coverage based on business needs.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering supplies, and minimize food waste.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, storage areas, and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with management and front-of-house teams to ensure timely service.
- Address kitchen issues promptly and maintain efficiency during peak service periods.
- Lead by example and promote a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment.
