We are currently searching for a Residential Construction Supervisor for Ottawa location.

 

Work Location:

Ottawa

 

On site:

Work must be completed at the physical location. There nis no option to work remotely

 

Duties:

• Prepare production and other reports
• Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
• Supervise workers and projects
• Oversee apprenticeship training
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Overseeing receiving, inspection and storage of construction materials
• Requisition of materials and supplies

 

Responsible for overseeing and support active construction projects. The supervisor coordinates with site supervisors, project managers, and subcontractors to keep projects moving without delays.

You will be required to train apprentices.

Own Tools/Equipment:

Steel-toed safety boots, hard hard and safety vest

 

Credentials:

Working at heights training

Handling heavy loads, repetitive tasks, large workload, physically demanding, standing for extended periods.

Terms of Employment:

Permanent Position/40 hours per week

 

Hours of Work:

From Monday to Friday 

The shift is from 7 am to 3 pm

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of work experience with carpentry supervision 

 

Salary:

CAD$ 38.46 per hour
