Education: College/ Certificate/ Diploma from a program of 1 Year to 2 Years
Experience: Minimum 2 year to less than 3 years experience needed.
Location: 5 Montpelier St Suite 314 Brampton ON, L6Y 6H4
Main Duties:
- Work closely with users, clients and internal teams to understand their needs and turn them into clear software requirement.
- Design practical and efficient software solutions by analyzing workflows, data flow and how systems are used day by day
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issue to maintain stable system operations.
- Plan and support the integration of software components, third party tools, and computer-based system.
- Take part in full software development journey- from early ideas and designs through testing, development, and ongoing support.
- Contribute to architectural planning sessions and offer recommendations for improved system design.
- Conduct routine testing to verify that applications meet performance, usability, and functional requirements.
- Provide ongoing technical support and advice after deployment to address issues and improve user experience.
- Collaborate with developers, QA and operations team to deliver solutions on time and with confidence.
- Stay curious about new technologies and best practices; bring fresh ideas to improve system design and development.
