- Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
- Establish type of services to be offered and implements operational procedure
- Assist manager in recruiting staff and overseeing staff training
- Lay down staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
- Periodically have one-on-one meeting with service staff to discuss performance and provide them with feedback
- Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
- Resolve customer complains
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Coordinate with suppliers for supply of food items and other supplies

Job Requirements
- No degree, certificate or diploma
- One year of experience in related field would be an asset but not mandatory
