  • Prepare and cook individual custom pizzas and salads to order using MOD's fresh ingredients and standardized recipes.

  • Prepare and cook special-order pizzas and salads as instructed by guests or managers to accommodate dietary restrictions (e.g., gluten-free crust, vegan cheese, allergen-free toppings).

  • Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers (MOD Squad members) during shifts to ensure efficient prep, cooking, and cleaning tasks.

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations ensuring speed, quality, and adherence to MOD Pizza standards.

  • Maintain inventory and records of pizza dough, sauces, toppings, packaging, and kitchen equipment; track usage and report low stock.

  • Set up and oversee the salad and topping stations, ensuring ingredients are fresh, labeled, and properly stocked throughout service.

  • Ensure cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, ovens, prep tables, floors, and work areas in line with food safety and MOD brand cleanliness standards.

  • Assist in hiring and training kitchen staff on pizza assembly, oven operation, food safety, and MOD's customer-first service culture.

Experience

 Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
