Job Title: Non-Destructive Test Technician (NOC 22230)

Work Location: Unit-17, 150 Britannia Rd E, Mississauga, ON L4Z 1S6, Canada
Term of employment: Full-time, permanent position with minimum 30-35 hours per week
Compensation: $ 30.00/hour
Main duties include but are not limited to:
- Conduct tests to ensure quality or detect defects
- Interpret conductivity meters and visual indicators
- Use electromagnetic eddy current testing methods
- Establish NDI techniques and calibration standards
- Set up, calibrate, operate and interpret magnetic particle, eddy current, liquid penetrant, acoustic emission, and infrared thermographic equipment
- Establish techniques for proper examination of objects under inspection, ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations
- Maintain test result reports
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: Minimum 7 months to less than 1 year experience required
- Language: English
