Job Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality frontline retail service and actively promote product sales in company stores.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of product lines and customer needs, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Process sales transactions accurately, handle customer inquiries, and resolve minor customer issues.
- Assist in merchandising displays, managing inventory levels on the sales floor, and ensuring the store's appearance is maintained.
