Job Description
Marketing Automation Canada is seeking a Sr. HubSpot Solutions Consultant to serve as a strategic business advisor to our clients. The selected candidate will lead client relationships, guide CRM and automation strategy, analyze business processes, and support companies in optimizing HubSpot to enhance performance, customer lifecycle management, and operational efficiency.
Main Duties
- Act as the primary HubSpot solutions consultant and trusted advisor for assigned clients.
- Analyze client business processes and recommend improvements using automation workflows and CRM tools.
- Design customer journeys, lifecycle stages, lead management frameworks, and process documentation.
- Provide strategic recommendations using HubSpot analytics and reporting dashboards.
- Lead client meetings, discovery sessions, and training workshops.
- Build strategic roadmaps that align business objectives with HubSpot capabilities.
- Identify opportunities to expand client capabilities and recommend additional services where beneficial.
Job Requirements
- 3–5+ years of HubSpot consulting or business consulting experience.
- Strong understanding of automation strategy, business operations, CRM systems, and data management.
- Ability to lead client conversations, influence decisions, and present recommendations clearly.
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
