Responsibilities
Tasks
- Manage day-to-day office operations and workflow.
- Supervise administrative staff and assist them with tasks and performance.
- Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and work calendars.
- Maintain and update office documents, files, and records.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally.
- Manage office supplies, equipment and arrange orders and repairs when needed.
- Track office expenses and assist with budget planning and cost control.
- Coordinate with other departments, vendors, and external partners.
- Ensure that office policies and procedures are followed.
- Prepare reports and share updates with senior management regularly.
- Maintain confidentiality of client and company information.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new staff.
- Support special projects and complete additional administrative tasks assigned by management.
