? Job Posting: Apartment Building Cleaner
Location: Multiple Buildings in Oshawa, Ont.

About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Apartment Building Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming common areas for all residents. This role is essential to creating a positive living environment in our buildings.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain all common areas, including hallways, lobbies, stairwells, laundry rooms, and elevators
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust regularly
- Clean entrance glass and doorways
- Remove garbage from common areas and manage waste disposal
- Clean apartments prior to new tenants moving in
- Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to management
- Ensure building cleanliness standards are consistently met
- Seasonal tasks, such as light snow shoveling or salting entryways (if applicable)
Qualifications:
- Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed
- Must have own vehicle to travel between buildings
Hours & Compensation:
- 8 hour day shifts Monday to Friday
- $19 – $21 an hour based on experience. Health benefits after 3 month probationary period.
