Our search continues for an ambitious Contact Centre Representative for financial bank in Down Town Toronto. The ideal candidate will be responsible for successfully managing client inquiries with the eventual goal of obtaining all appropriate documentation/responses from the clients with respect to the engagement letters You will be handling inbound and outbound calls inquiries from customers. Two days of on the job training provided. Hours: 8:30AM to 5:00PM.
