Are you a looking for a foot in the door opportunity and willing to work alongside clients?   Does putting your banking experience to work peak your interest? 

Our search continues for an ambitious Contact Centre Representative for financial bank in Down Town Toronto. The ideal candidate will be responsible for successfully managing client inquiries with the eventual goal of obtaining all appropriate documentation/responses from the clients with respect to the engagement letters You will be handling inbound and outbound calls inquiries from customers. Two days of on the job training provided. Hours: 8:30AM to 5:00PM.

 

Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for providing quality service while developing strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Work to achieve common goals and objectives
  • Provide accurate and timely communication
  • Prioritize and manage workload to meet service level agreements
  • Apply system capabilities to update database tool and tack activities

 

Requirements:

  • Completion of post-secondary education (University degree is an asset)
  • Successful completion of Canadian Securities Course (CSC) is an asset
  • Working knowledge of the Mortgage, RESL, Tax, and Accounting an asset
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency in ISM, SIT, CIP
  • 2 years of call center experience
  • 2 years of consumer mortgage experience
  • 3 years of data entry experience 
  • Ability to handle high volume environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
